Step 1
Open Microsoft Outlook 2007 and goes to Tools – Account Setings

Step 2
Click “E-Mail” tab and click New
Choose Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP or HTTP

Step 3
Put your full name
Email address and password and then click “Manually configure server settings or additional server types

Step 4
Then click NEXT

Step 5
Choose “Internet E-Mail” option and click Next

Step 6
Put your Full Name and Email Address
in server information choose “POP3” as Accpunt Type
Incoming mail server put: mail.yourdomainname.com.au
(for example modemedia.com.au will be mail.modemedia.com.au)
Outgoing mail server will be your internet services provider, see below:

for example, if you use Vodafone Wireless, then just put smtp.vodafone.net.au into Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)

Step 7
Clcik “OK” to close all the active windows and finish the account setting.

Troubleshoot
If you still can not set up your email account correctly. then check the follow troubleshoot.
1. Make sure no empty space after your email address and name server, sometime when you copy & paste you probably copied the white space

2. Click on “More Settings” button and go to 2nd tab call “outgoing server” make sure the box is unticket
